I opened Evolution to help people reach their fitness goals whether it is to run a faster 40, lose 25 pounds, or gain 15 pounds of muscle.

Chris Chilton

I love the concept in which Evolution Fitness Club was founded.  It was simply a place where close friends and family could get together to get a good workout in.  I moved into the community in 2013 and stumbled on the incredible small format gym where I witnessed the close community make the gym their own.  It was then I decided to really get involved, my kids began attending Sports Performance Classes, I spent many hours helping the owners and Evo team take care of the gym, began teaching boot camp classes and my wife, Gina joined the team as a Personal Trainer.  We have also held classes to help people on their journey to build healthy eating habits.

 I am now co-owner and the primary “operations guy” of Evo Fitness Club.  You can find me meeting new people, teaching a boot camp class, behind a computer, fixing equipment or building a new sound system. 

 While the gym has grown, and we have hired some incredible trainers (who you can meet below), I am proud to say that we have not lost the community and tribe feel from when it was a fraction of the size.  We will always be that type of gym!  We offer something for everyone at any age, race, size and seek to meet their desire to achieve any fitness or healthy eating goals they may have.

 A bit about me personally…

 I am a husband, a father of 3 kids, two high school boys and a daughter in grade school.  Our family attends and are active in a local church.  I am an athlete, coach and a trainer.  I have been heavily interested in and involved in health and fitness since an early age.  I am also a foodie and a healthy eating fanatic.

From a young age fitness has been apart of my life. Along with being a dancer for over 15 years, I’ve always trained to be a top performing athlete. I’ve worked hard over the years to develop a healthy and balanced lifestyle for myself and family not knowing that I was building a career sharing my knowledge and experience with others.

Along with coaching young athletes, I’m a certified personal trainer with experience in nutrition, weight lifting, bodybuilding and sports performance. I look at fitness as being more then a quick fix or short duration experience. I see it as a journey into being the best version of yourself. It’s much more then working out or lifting weights. It’s a foundation that builds confidence, strength and motivation. This lifestyle has made me into a stronger person both mentally and physically, both of which I aim to teach. I make a point to add to my knowledge by participating in continued education which helps me help others to the best of my ability.

Ty Liesch

I have spent the past 6 years of my life learning how to optimize athletic performance and health and longevity. In this field, continuing education is crucial. Therefore I am constantly learning and applying knowledge from the industry’s leaders to enhance every athlete’s physical and mental repertoire.

I use a holistic approach to training athletes.  They will train everything ranging from foot and ankle strengthening to breathing mechanics to just getting flat out strong and fast.

Sport is movement, and the concept of movement is simple. The better you can move, the better you can perform. Learning how your body moves and how to make it move better is the hard part. Let me help you do the hard part.

Nutrition and healthy eating have been a priority for my family and I for many years, it wasn’t until 2009 I found a love for fitness and discovered the gym and these two things together helped me find a true love and passion for fitness. I didn't realize it at the time, but the changes I made created more opportunities for me. Not long after I decided to take my fitness journey to another level,  this led me to start training under some respected personal trainers and pursue my own journey of personal training and fitness to help others. While trying to balance work-family life personal training has become a big passion for me and has opened up so many doors and learning experiences. I absolutely love sharing what I have learned with diet/nutrition and training with others and I truly believe anyone can accomplish their goals with dedication and a plan. I am blessed to be a part of the Evolution Fitness team and the Community here at the gym. Helping people achieve their health and fitness goals is hands down one of the most rewarding feelings and I am blessed to be able to do this every day.



Courtney Stylski

Much like my own four kids, I grew up around fitness. My dad was a runner and was the Chairman of the Board of a YMCA on the east side of Cleveland where I spent a ton of my time as a youth. I started to work out regularly when I was in 8th grade and never really stopped. Working out and staying in shape has always just been part of my lifestyle. I am thrilled to take it to the next level by teaching group fitness classes at Evolution.


Kelly Burchett

I live and dream fitness every day of my life. I fell in love with fitness in college and I love to share my passion with others who have the aspiration to become a better, stronger version of themselves. 

I have worked in numerous fitness experiences: a rehab setting rehabilitating athletes back to sport; a fitness director at a summer weight loss camp for children/teens; and Wellness Supervisor at a local community center amongst the few have all allowed me to work with many ages and fitness-levels helping each one achieve their goals. I love working with groups and one-on-one.

Tyler Himes

After nearly 15 years of competitive soccer, Tyler turned his competitive drive and focus to strength, speed, and agility training to help better prepare young athletes for their respective sports. As a trainer for the last 4 years, Tyler has been helping his clients find the balance between strength training and endurance training, for every sport. Tyler is a believer that a true, well-rounded athlete needs both strength and cardio conditioning in their regiments. Tyler is also preparing for a Men's Physique competition in March of 2018, and is no beginner when it comes to eating properly to support intense training!

There's no greater feeling than getting your workout done and feeling positive the rest of your day.  I love training because it's rewarding to see someone's progression in their health and the confidence that they gain. It's a great sense of achievement for not only them, but as a trainer to help guide them in the right direction for their fitness goals. All my life I have been active, Whether it was in sports or just in life itself. I did whatever I could to elevate my life to the next level. I never took a day for granted and I always ensured I was the hardest worker in whatever I did. This translated very well to the fitness world, as I saw an opportunity to take my own life to greater heights, as well as any one who wanted to work with me. I realized that this whole health thing was a marathon and not a sprint and if you truly want to be successful then you have to look at it in a holistic approach. It include both the mind and the body. Once you realize that, there’s no telling how far you can take this thing called health. The great thing about looking at it this way is that whether it’s someone wanting to lose weight or a young athlete trying to improve his performance, I can approach both the same way and develop a program according to each person’s goal. My goal is to positively influence anyone I come in contact with each day. And I feel this is the best way to do that.
